Fragmented Leaf

Fragmented Leaf uses the same pierced‑paper technique as Pulsing Lines, but the stitching unfolds into a more intricate choreography of curves and crossings. Fine threads in vivid reds, pinks, and yellows stretch across the punched surface, accumulating into a single, leaf‑like form.
Within this larger contour, overlapping fragments appear—circles, diagonals, and lattices that feel like compressed stories nested inside one another. The work becomes a vessel of layered memories, suggesting how one life and one body can hold many parallel narratives at once.
